Visit Our New Seattle Factory Showroom

TOM BIHN Factory Showroom

Our newly remodeled Seattle Factory Showroom is now open! Our goal for the remodel was to create a welcoming space for those who make the trek all the way down to this semi-industrial area of Seattle, a space that would share the history of our company and the evolution of our designs. And perhaps best of all, give everyone a chance to see the star of the show: our Seattle factory.

Mission accomplished! (See photos below.) Or so we think. Come down and see our Factory Showroom for yourself! Hours Monday through Friday 6:30am until 3:00pm Pacific Time. Visiting our Showroom during these hours guarantees you’ll see our factory in action.

Hoping to come by outside of those days or hours? and we’ll do our best to make an appointment for you to stop by. Note that we’re early risers, don’t work weekends and are here from 6:30am – 3:00pm.

Placing an order through the website and picking it up at our factory remains a option. Add the bag(s) you’d like to your basket and during checkout select the ‘Store Pick Up – Seattle Showroom’ option. We’ll give you a call when your order is ready to be picked up.

TB Crew

We're the TOM BIHN crew: we design bags, make bags, ship bags, and answer questions about bags. Oh, and we collaborate on blog posts, too.

Given the amount of TB stuff I’ve gotten over the years and use on a daily basis in my 48-weeks-a-year on-the-road lifestyle (visited 54 countries so far!), I must come see you all!

We’d love for you to come by for a visit! We’ll give you a factory tour. 🙂

Visiting Seattle soon from London where my TB bags survive commuting every day.

Can I buy stuff at the factory on the day, or do I need to order it in advance?

That’s great you’ll be visiting us soon! You can buy bags at the factory on the day / no need to order in advance. Hope that helps and we look forward to your visit.

Do you guys open on Sundays?

    • mm TB Crew on 11 September 2018 8:12 am at 8:12 am

      Hi JC!

We aren’t open on Sunday. Our showroom hours are the same as our factory hours: 6:30am – 3:00pm Monday – Friday. Hope that helps and if you have any further questions feel free to

  4. Darien on 8 November 2018 8:45 am at 8:45 am

I bought a day pack at that Santa Cruz store in the early 90’s. I have used it a lot over the decades, and although it now has some dirt that will never wash out, it is still in fantastic shape, with no frayed edges. And still my most comfortable daypack.

    • mm TB Crew on 8 November 2018 8:50 am at 8:50 am

Do you remember the name of the pack you have, Darien? We’d love to see a photo of it and, if you’re willing (although it sounds like you might not be and we totally understand 🙂 trade you a new bag for the one you have so we can put it on display in our bag museum. Send a note over to if you’ve got a photo or want to trade!
