To Europe With Aeronauts | TOM BIHN

Max and his fiance took a month off to backpack around Europe: London to Amsterdam, France to Italy, and Germany to Budapest. They took Aeronaut 45s, Aeronaut Packing Cube Backpacks, and an Ego and Super Ego. Cool thing: Max is a professional photographer and sent us a lot of great photos of their bags in use. Here they are!

Great set of pictures with a real usage of the bags. Question — I use single-bag carry-ons and like to walk with them as a back pack. It was suggested to be that the Aeronaut can be used as a backpack, but it is not meant to be used exclusively as one (no extra padding, not a different material there, no adjustable straps, etc.). How did you use it, and was it on your back for hours as you walked? Thank you; great pictures!
